Process

Here's a glimpse of what you'll experience from first contact to last dance.

1- Contact

In an initial email and/or phone call you can tell me about your event.  

2- Concepts

We will talk through the three services I offer to see what fits your vision for the event:

1)  DJ & Master of Ceremonies
2) Lighting (dance floor lighting, whole-room uplighting, pin-spotting, stage lighting)
3) Sound Production (ceremonies, bands)

3- Quote

I will give you a quote for the services we discussed. 

4- Contract & Deposit

I will e-mail you a contract for you to print, sign, and return to me by mail with a deposit.  Once received I will sign the contract and send an electronic copy of the mutually signed contract.  

5- Details

In the months and weeks leading up to your event we will communicate via e-mail, phone, and/or in person to talk through the nitty-gritty details of your event.  If necessary I will make contact with other involved parties (coordinators, musicians, officiants, etc...) to make sure everything is just right. If you would like me to meet you at the location of your event for a walkthrough that can be arranged.  I am also glad to help you think through the timeline and flow of your event.

6- Relax

You get to take a deep breath and sleep easy knowing that your big event is the hands of a professional!  Seriously! Just think of how much more stressed you would be if you were doing this all yourself!

7- Party!

On the day of the event I am not one to show up as late as possible and try to set up my gear in record time so I can be ready just before the start of your event. No, I give myself plenty of time to get to your event location and get set up with time to spare.  I'll wear appropriate attire and adjust to the level of formality at your event.  I'm always ready to make changes on the spur of the moment so that you can celebrate without distraction!
